International enquiries
For international enquiries including students wishing to undertake studies in Queensland should contact a TAFE Queensland institute of their choice.

International clients seeking to access the full services of Queensland industry and/or VET sector should contact a TAFE Queensland institute or the VET Export on exportoffice@deta.qld.gov.au.  

Training quality enquiries
Queries relating to the quality of service or training should be referred directly to the training provider. 

The Queensland Training Ombudsman is a free, independent office which reviews complaints from apprentices, trainees and employers about the Queensland apprenticeship and traineeship system.

The National Complaints Code [PDF 87kb] is a National Code of Good practice for responding to complaints about vocational education and training quality.
